After six years, the IC3 Movement is coming home, and there is no place better for it than Mumbai.
On 20 & 21 August 2025, the global education and counseling community will gather at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC) for the 2025 Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, in a city that perfectly reflects our vision: dynamic, diverse, and forward-looking.
Mumbai is more than just a city. It is where some of the world’s most recognizable names in business and industry, such as the Tata Group, Reliance Industries, Mahindra, and Larsen & Toubro, were born and grew into global giants. From finance to film, from trade to technology, Mumbai has nurtured ideas that have changed the world. It inspires you to dream big, work hard, and never stop moving forward.
This year, we return to Mumbai not just because of its history with IC3, but because it is increasingly becoming a global nexus of education, much like it already is for business, culture, and creativity. Home to some of the most innovative schools, visionary educators, and ambitious students, Mumbai exemplifies how energy and spirit can transform lives.
Mumbai - Where tradition meets progress, cultures converge, change begins, and lasts.
This August, we bring the world to Mumbai to celebrate its role in shaping the future of education and to renew our commitment to creating Counseling as a Culture, our theme for this year.
Mumbai is where ideas, people, and possibilities collide. It’s a city that moves fast, dreams big, and refuses to settle.
As India’s financial capital and creative powerhouse, Mumbai has birthed global businesses, inspired Bollywood, and nurtured movements like IC3. It’s a place where people from every corner of the world come to strive, create, and grow.
What sets this city apart is its energy, relentless yet compassionate. It’s where ambition meets humility, and resilience meets generosity. Mumbai never stops, and neither does IC3.
In many ways, the IC3 Movement is a reflection of this city: dynamic, inclusive, and driven by purpose. And just like Mumbai, we won’t stop until counseling is in every school and purpose is brought to every child.
This city of dreams will once again lead the way in shaping the future of education.
Our work is not just about providing guidance. It is about weaving counseling into the daily life of schools and making it part of their culture. This year’s theme, "Counseling as a Culture," reflects that vision.
At the conference, you will discover practical tools, insightful frameworks, and inspiring examples of how counseling can move beyond a single department and become a shared responsibility that shapes every student’s journey.
