    #IC3 Institute Membership is a newly introduced, year-long engagement for professionals working in schools, higher education institutions, and education-affiliated organizations. Members receive exclusive access to the IC3 Institute member platform, professional learning opportunities and resources, and a dedicated network for collaboration and dialogue. IC3 Institute Membership is a formal status obtained through the submission of the IC3 Institute membership application and, upon review and approval, the payment of annual membership dues.

‍In an age where information is abundant and answers are instantly available, the true role of education and counseling is not simply to provide knowledge, but to nurture understanding. Through sessions, workshops, and dialogue, participants will examine how to move beyond the surface, transforming data into discernment, and information into meaningful guidance. This theme highlights the importance of reflection, connection, and clarity in equipping students to make confident, purpose-driven decisions. Aligned with IC3’s mission of bringing counseling to every school, “Looking Deeply – From Information to Insight”  reinforces the responsibility of educators and counselors to guide with wisdom, foster self-awareness, and help students turn knowledge into action.

Inner Child workshop

Saturday, 15 August & Sunday, 16 August 2026

Our behaviors, beliefs, and worldview stem from the cumulative impact of our childhood experiences. Within each of us lies an inner child, quietly shaping our emotions, actions, interactions and reactions. For educators, the awareness of this influence is crucial, as our state of being and actions directly impacts the students and families we guide. This workshop explores how connecting with your inner child fosters greater self-awareness, helping you understand how your experiences shape your daily decisions, interactions and reactions. By acknowledging emotional wounds, cultivating self-love, and embracing authenticity, you'll enhance your ability to guide students and parents with clarity and compassion and to foster emotional maturity. Ideal for educators at both secondary and higher education levels, this workshop empowers you to model emotional resilience and provide authentic guidance. Discover how understanding and acknowledging your inner child can transform your counseling practices, enabling you to nurture not only your own growth but also that of the students and families you support.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Tuesday, 19 August 2025

Delegates may participate in concurrent workshops on best practices in career and college counseling, as per their level of experience, organized by the IC3 Institute. To register for Pre-Conference Workshops, participants must also register for the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo. Delegates may select these as add-on item(s) on their conference registration. Due to limited space, registration at these events is capped. Delegates are encouraged to register early to ensure participation, or will be placed on a waitlist.

Pre-Conference Dinners & Branded Socials

The optional Dinners & Branded Socials serves as a learning environment to meet and network with representatives of the hosting organization/institution. Attendees at these optional events will:

Planned Networking with Universities & High Schools

Planned Networking with Universities & High Schools (formerly known as University Exhibits and High School Exhibits, respectively) gives delegates the opportunity to network with other institutions during the conference.
What to Expect at the Planned Networking with Universities & High Schools:
  • All high school delegates and university delegates registered for the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo will have an assigned table in their respective planned networking
  • At the Planned Networking with Universities, each university/college will have an assigned table, with their representative(s) standing behind the table and displaying their materials. High school delegates will visit these tables to interact with university delegates.
  • At the Planned Networking with High Schools, each high school will have an assigned table, with their representative(s) standing behind the table and displaying their materials. University delegates will visit these tables to interact with high school delegates.
NOTE: These planned networking events do not involve students; they are a special opportunity for university delegates to network and speak with the high school delegates, and vice versa. The only people attending the planned networking events are conference registrants. Organizations or consortiums will not have tables at the Planned Networking with Universities & High Schools.

Organizations are welcome to participate as strategic partners in the IC3 Expo. Please write to partnerships@ic3movement.com for further information regarding hosting the same.
Recommendations for your table:
  • Small “drape cloth” (horizontal banner/table cover, suggested 2-foot width) with your high school or university name/logo/branding
  • Business cards (about 250-350 quantity)
  • Brochures/printed profiles/materials with information about your school or university (about 150-250 quantity)
  • Small table-top banners or other small display items to represent your school or university (such as a small sign, mascot, special item) or nominal “giveaways” (OPTIONAL)
  • Only bring materials and giveaways that are small and lightweight. Remember you will need to be able to travel with all items (as will all other attendees!)
  • Do not bring large floor-based banners
  • In general, be mindful of limited space for display on your table – minimal is OK!
  • High school delegates, bring your school calendar along!

Annual IC3 Awards

The Annual IC3 Awards recognize extraordinary contributions to the field of career and college counseling each year, and are presented to high school counselors, schools, universities, and admissions representatives standing out for their inspiring work. The IC3 Awards may include both global and regional award categories (India, Africa, Latin America & the Caribbean, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Oceania).

Pre/Post-Conference School Visit(s)

Pre/Post-Conference School Visit(s), hosted by IC3 Host Schools, are a unique platform for students and parents to engage directly with university representatives to gain insights into various academic programs, admission processes, and the overall university experience.

Delegates interested in participating in the Pre/Post-Conference School Visit(s) may select these as an add-on item on their conference registration. Due to limited space, registration at these events is curtailed, and delegates are encouraged to register early to ensure participation. RSVPs are required.

IC3 Host School Student & Parent Conference†

Designed for invited and pre-registered students and parents from IC3 Host Schools, this event will focus on the theme “Looking Deeply – From Information to Insight" and encourage us to allow counseling to permeate every action and interaction within educational contexts, guiding students in personal growth, academic achievements, and future career aspirations. Student and parent attendees will have the unique opportunity to attend breakout sessions, interact with universities and higher education organizations at the IC3 Expo, and attend the IC3 Closing Plenary and special workshops for students and parents. Designed to encourage a transformation in mindset, this event emphasizes integrating counseling into the daily fabric of education, rather than limiting it to isolated sessions or special programs.

Registration will be managed by the IC3 Host Schools.
