Early registrants confirming attendance will be given priority consideration should a cap be placed on the number of attendees permitted at the conference venue.
In-person events related to the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo will be in compliance with local and national laws and policies, as well as those imposed by IC3, the conference venue itself, and any other accommodation.
Registrations are non-refundable. Requests to transfer registration to another person in your organization, though not guaranteed, must be submitted by 23 June 2026 via email to info@ic3movement.com. If approved, a processing fee of 65 USD will be charged along with any additional registration fees that may be applicable.
In the event of a lost name tag during the conference, delegates will be required to re-register
