The IC3 Scholarship Program is committed to supporting career and college counselors from under-resourced schools by providing access to professional development opportunities. These scholarships enable deserving educators to participate in the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, a platform where they can connect, learn, and grow alongside global education leaders.
If awarded, IC3 Scholars receive one of the below mentioned scholarships*:

Registration fee waiver for Pre-Conference Workshop and Conference along with Host School accommodation from Monday, 17 August 2026 to Friday, 21 August 2026

Registration fee waiver for Pre-Conference Workshop and Conference along with Host School accommodation from Monday, 17 August 2026 to Friday, 21 August 2026 with travel arrangements
*Scholarship selection and allocation are solely at the discretion of the IC3 Scholarship Committee. All decisions are final and binding.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the IC3 Scholarship, applicants must:
Be a full-time employee or counselor at a high school.
Be a first-time attendee of the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo. (Applicants who attended the conference between 2016-2025 are not eligible.)
Have attended IC3 Regional Forums or IC3 Regional Conference previously (optional but encouraged).
IC3 also offers a special Engagement Grant to NGOs serving high schools in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. This grant provides representatives from these regions with an opportunity to attend the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, fostering collaboration and expanding access to career counseling resources.
Eligibility Criteria for the Engagement Grant
Be a full-time employee of an NGO working within the education sector in Africa, Latin America, or the Caribbean.
Be a first-time attendee of the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo.
