2025 IC3 Regional Forums

The IC3 Regional Forums are a series of professional development events held annually from January through July, hosted at local high schools in various cities around the world. During these in-person events, high school counselors, teachers, and principals from local regions come together for learning, sharing, relationship-building, and interaction with university representatives from across the globe to help build a network and provide improved resources for students.
A Critical Initiative of the IC3 Movement’s Mission to Bring Counseling to Every School, the IC3 Regional Forums Are In-Person Events Organized by the IC3 Regional Committees and Bring Together Leadership and Staff From High Schools in Local Regions for a Focused Dialogue on the Significance of Career and College Counseling as an Integral Function in Schools. Hosted at Local High Schools, the IC3 Regional Forums Enable Access to Learning, Knowledge Creation and Sharing, and Networking Within the Community and With Global Universities for Hundreds of Schools That Have Limited Resources for Travel and Training of Their Principals, Teachers, and Counselors.
Through the IC3 Regional Forums, IC3 Institute, Annual IC3 Conference, and IC3 Live, the IC3 Movement Envision That Every High School Globally Will Run a Robust, Well-Resourced Career and College Counseling Office.

Registrations are non-transferable. Swapping of the city is not applicable.

2025 IC3 Regional Forums Schedule
We are grateful to the IC3 Regional Forums Host Schools for leading the collaborative dialogue on career and college counseling in their regions.
Event dates, venues, and schedules are subject to change based on the discretion of the IC3 Regional Committees and upon prevailing public health conditions in the local region. IC3 Regional Forums will be held between 8:00am to 5:00pm, and exact schedules will be shared with attendees in advance. Click on an event to view additional information.
Planned networking at the IC3 Regional Forums: Participating universities will each have a table, and high school delegates can move around the room to interact, network, and build relationships. This networking period will NOT include student or parent interaction.

Health & Safety
The health and safety of our community are paramount. We are committed to maintaining a safe in-person event experience for all participants.
Primary Health & Safety Measures For All Attendees
All delegates attending in-person will need to submit a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test report from no more than 48 hours before checking-in at an IC3 Regional Forum venue, or a final vaccination certificate from a minimum of 15 days prior confirming that they are fully vaccinated, or requirements as otherwise specified by the host school.
Upon check-in at the venue, all delegates attending in-person will need to give a written confirmation that they have not tested positive or possibly been exposed to the COVID-19 virus within the previous 14 days, and assume compliance with all health and safety protocols.
All travelers must independently research and adhere to all travel policies and protocols required by airlines, travel providers, and customs and immigration authorities, if applicable. Delegates need to keep themselves updated on current travel policies and protocols as applicable.
General Health & Safety Protocols
Strict compliance with local and national policies, as well as those enforced by the host school venue
Regular health screenings, thermal and other, upon entry to the venue
Mask/face covering must be worn at all times, covering the nose and mouth
Participants must practice social distancing by maintaining at least 6 feet of distance from one another
Onsite safety checks and testing may be in practice, requiring full cooperation from attendees
In addition to local and national health and safety policies, IC3 and the host schools will remain prepared to go above and beyond to ensure maximum safety measures for the community
