Major Responsibilities:

• Execute plans and strategies in collaboration with the Community Development Manager and Partnerships Manager to grow and engage IC3’s volunteer-based and partnership community globally in accordance with vision and mission
• Coordinate and execute engagement activities for IC3 Leaders and Advocates that help IC3 Movement to achieve relevant goals
• Assist in implementing, documenting, and refining processes related to the recruitment, engagement, and assessment of volunteer-based communities globally
• Maintain an active, visible presence within IC3’s global community
• Support the execution of training and onboarding programs for all IC3 Leaders and Advocates in a timely manner
• Collaborate effectively across the entire IC3 team, i.e., communications, events, and operations, to ensure effortless functioning of community development and partnerships processes
• Serve as the main point of contact for all leadership committee coordinators and volunteer-based committee chairs/co-chairs regarding processes and operations
• Directly serve as coordinator for leadership committees as needed
• Assist in the implementation of a system of recognition and expressions of gratitude for IC3 Leaders, Advocates, and partners
• Maintain records and documentation for all processes related to IC3 Leaders, Advocates, and partners
• Conduct outreach as needed to support the Partnerships Manager’s development of prospective sponsors
• Assist Partnerships Manager with operational-related duties as needed

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

‍

Work Experience: 3+ years of strong experience, including relationship maintenance, outreach, processes, and documentation. Knowledge of the international higher education key players and networks shall be preferred.
