Each registrant is solely responsible for their own visa application process. The JGU team will provide a letter confirming your conference registration.
The decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the Government of India.
We recommend checking the latest visa requirements and processes on the official Indian e-Visa portal or with your local Indian embassy/consulate.
Please note that only registered delegates will be provided with the necessary visa letter for the visa application.
To generate the invitation letter, registered delegates will need to complete a designated form with accurate and relevant details. These details are essential, as they will be directly incorporated into the invitation letter. We encourage you to carefully review your details to ensure accuracy, as the information provided will be used exactly as submitted.
Once the completed form is submitted, the JGU support team will process the request within 5 working days from the date of receipt. We appreciate your cooperation and attention to detail in this process, allowing us to support you in a timely and efficient manner.
On approval of your invitation letter request, an invitation letter on official letterhead will be issued to you as a PDF document, and will be e-mailed to the address you provided.
