Membership is valid for one year and renews automatically, with an invoice provided before renewal.
Institutional memberships are transferable within the same institution.
Individual memberships for retired professionals and university students are not transferable.
All applications are subject to verification and approval by the IC3 Leadership Committees. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership.
School membership is highly subsidized through the support of IC3 Consortium members.

Registrations are non-refundable. Requests to transfer registration to another person in your organization, or to change the status of registration from in-person to virtual or vice-versa, though not guaranteed, must be submitted by 23 June 2024 via email to info@ic3conference.com. If approved, a processing fee of 65 USD will be charged along with any additional registration fees that may be applicable.
