At the IC3 Movement, we meet students who are trying to make sense of this complexity every day. As educators, parents, and counselors, we need to understand how global instability impacts young minds and how we can support them in finding agency and purpose despite the noise.

Around the world, young people are facing an unprecedented mental health crisis. Despite living in an era of rapid progress, digital connection, and expanding educational access, students today are more anxious, isolated, and overwhelmed than ever before. From academic pressure and identity struggles to climate anxiety and social media burnout, the emotional well-being of the youth is under strain. As the largest generation of young people in human history comes of age, how we respond to their inner struggles will determine the resilience, compassion, and sustainability of our shared global future.

How do students and counselors harness the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) differently in career and college guidance? 

Education is the foundation of progress, and career and college counseling is the bridge that connects students to their future. The global counseling community has long been committed to ensuring every student can access quality guidance. In 2025, this mission takes center stage in one of the world’s most dynamic cities—Mumbai.

They did everything right. From cracking exams and earning degrees to landing jobs. But somewhere between success and satisfaction, they lost direction. This is the quarter-life crisis that so many of India's graduates are facing -- a quiet crisis no one prepared us for.

As the IC3 Movement enters its 10th year, the 2025 Annual IC3 Conference & Expo in Mumbai stands as a defining moment, bringing together over 1,500 educators, counselors, university representatives, and changemakers from across 95 countries of the world.

शिक्षा का स्तर बच्चों की समझ से तय होता है इसलिए सिलेबस नहीं Subjects पर बच्चों की पकड़ जरुरी है. तो आज बात एजुकेशन सिस्टम की परख की. तो क्या कहता है बच्चों की समझ का गुणा-गणित, रियलिटी चेक के टेबल टेस्ट में हमारा स्कूली शिक्षा का सिस्टम कहां ठहरता है. आज इसी मुद्दे पर बात करेंगे. दरअसल स्कूली शिक्षा की क्वालिटी को जांचने के लिए शिक्षा मंत्रालय ने देशभर के सरकारी, प्राइवेट और सहायता प्राप्त स्कूलों में एक सर्वे कराया जिसमें कई दिलचस्प बातें सामने आईं. इस सर्वे के नतीजों पर हम चर्चा करेंगे. साथ ही जानेंगे कि इस रियलिटी स्टेट में हमारा एजुकेशन सिस्टम कहां पास हुआ और कहां फेल. साथ ही बात NEP (new Education Policy ) की भी करेंगे जिसमें किताबी शिक्षा से ज्याद प्रोफेशन्ल और बच्चों के ओवर ऑल devolopment पर बात हो रही है.
